Though RJD president Lalu Prasad disappointed Bollywood "dream girl" Hema Malini by not making roads in Bihar as smooth as her cheeks, the Nitish Kumar government is in no mood to give her a chance to complain. Laying quality roads and repairing the potholed ones across the State are being accorded topmost priority by the NDA government as the engineer Chief Minister believes that the way to economic development is through the roads. The road construction department under Nand Kishore Yadav, State NDA convenor, is geared up to take up road-related works on war-footing.
