Commercial Taxes Minister K Vijayarama Rao who was opposing commercial exploitation of groundwater by private persons, made a 'U'turn and announced that there would be no ban on the activity for at least two or three months. "For those who supplement to the water needs of the general public, the Andhra Pradesh Government does not want to cause inconvenience and we have not banned their trade," the minister said.
