Having failed to persuade petrol pump owners to sell fuel only to vehicles with pollution under control certificates, the Delhi government has issued a notification making it mandatory for petrol pump owners to do so. Though the notification was issued last month , the government is yet to begin enforcing it, as an awarness campaign would have to precede any such attempt.
