Centre : The efforts of the E K Nayanar Government to re-open the controversial ISRO case have received a setback with the Union Government informing the Supreme Court that the Kerala Government had not provided any fresh material which justifies the four-year-old espionage case to be re-investigated. The Centre was asked to indicate its stand by a two-member bench of the Supreme Court, which is hearing the case after the bid for reinvestigation was challenged by the ISRO scientists and the two Maldivian women - the alleged "spy" ring- through a Special Leave Petition.
