Dehradun, September 25 Scotching speculation that the Tatas had made up their mind to manufacture the Nano from Uttarakhand, Chief Secretary, Indu Kumar Pande, said on Thursday that there was no such proposal from the Tatas so far. The announcement follows a much-hyped meeting between the state Government and Tata Motors officials regarding certain pending issues apropos the Pantnagar manufacturing facility of the automobile giant.
