Public Social Welfare Association today accused some vested interest political leaders who have been blackmailing officers of Public Health Engineering Kishtwar on the pretext of shortage of drinking water in the district. As per a press release, its district president Ajeet Bhagat has appreciated the efforts of Xen PHE and other staff members for providing sufficient supply of the drinking water in the said district and its adjoining areas. He said that since all the efforts are being made by the PHE division Kishtwar to lay fresh pipes in the city and other areas by replacing the old pipes, there of some shortage of water supply.
