In the absence of a special court to deal with the offences related to water supply, the much hyped water conservation plans of the Delhi Jal Board (DJB) continue to suffer. DJB is the only civic agency in the city which does not have a court to deal with some of the most recurring offences like tampering of water supply, pilferage and contamination.
