THE Delhi Government, along with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), would set up special committees in each of the MCD's 12 zones to monitor construction activity, government officials said. The decision was taken at a meeting held by Chief Secretary Delhi Government S. Regunathan, the officials added.
