According to research by Australian scientists spider webs can help in reducing air pollution in the environment. Spider webs hold the sulphur dioxide and heavy metals like zinc, lead etc. in their web, due to which the air in room remains clean to some extent. This research is done by Eco Technologists Grant Department and New South Wales Department of Environmental Protection.
