Bhanjibhai Mathukia is a 70-year-old farmer from an obscure village in Gujarat's Junagadh district. He has no formal background in science yet his name figures in the list of nation's best innovators. Bhanjibhai's claim to fame is that he has developed a low cost check dam and a tractor.
