Alarmed with the ' zero progress' on the issue of cleaning Powai lake, despite a massive central grant of Rs 6.62 crore allotted to the Bombay Municipal Corporation(BMC) for the lake, top officials from the Union Ministry of Environment and Forests flew down to Mumbai on April 4 to discuss the matter with the BMC representatives.
