Consequent to the recent Supreme Court verdict banning registration of private non-commercial vehicles failing to comply with Euro-II emission norms in the National Capital Region of Delhi (NCRD) from April 1, next year, several oil companies in the country have woken up to the need for producing cost-effective standardised quality fuel which can abate pollution.
