‘Only govt not responsible for protecting environment’

HOSHANGABAD: Assembly speaker Dr Sitasharan Sharma said that the youths are more in number in all over the country, the country runs from democracy therefore to improve the environment the youth should comes forward, it is not the responsibility of the government and NGT only. He was expressing his views in national research-seminar at Govt Narmada College on Saturday.
The other scientists also kept their views in seminar.
Mineral corporation chairman Shiv Choubey also addressed the seminar. On this occasion Dr SK Bhatnagar Gwalior, Dr SS Sandhu Jabalpur, from Bhopal Dr Rehman Ali member ICHR Delhi, Dr Narayan Das archeologist, Dr Raman Solanki Ujjain, Ravindra Bhardwaj, Dr Dinesh Khandelwal including the scientist, professor students were present. In the starting of programme flowers were offered on the portrait of Ma Saraswati. College principal Dr ON Choubey threw the light on the subject of the seminar and also gave the detailed information on the works which are being done in the field of environment he said for making pollution free environment the college staff and the students would walk the distance or they would come from the cycle on every Saturday. On this occasion the guest released the magazine of the college family, they also saw the poster, models and eco friendly material exhibition.
Dr Raman Solanki Ujjain, Ravindra Bhardwaj, Dr Dinesh Khandelwal, Dr Ravindra Kumar Delhi, Dr Lina Joshi Nagpur, Dr Megha Joshi Gujrat, Dr Satish Mishra Allahabad and scientist from different places read their research papers.
College professors and large number of students were present in the seminar.
The programme was compered by seminar in charge convener HOD History Dr Hansa Vyas and thanks proposed by Dr Asunta Kujoor.
