BHUBANESWAR: All claims of growth with equity by the Government seems to have fallen flat as the 2008 India state hunger index (ISHI) released by International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) on the eve of World Food Day has painted a shabby picture of Orissa. The ISHI ranked the State 66th - the same as that of India - in the Global Hunger Index (GHI) with a score of 23.7 and listed it below countries like Gabon, Honduras, Botswana, Togo, Timor-Lieste, Nigeria, Cameroon, Kenya, Djibouti, Congo, Laos and Guinea.
