It seems the prayers of cement manufacturers have finally been answered. Union ministry for rural development, which is implementing the Rs 60000 crore Prime Minister Village Road Project (PMVRP) is launching a pilot project, whereby a total more than 5000 km of cement concrete roads would be constructed by June next year all over the country.
