Call for consumption watch: Developing countries must implement their phase-out of ozone depleting chemcials such as chlorofluorocarbons(CFCs), halons and carbon tetrachloride on a war-footing to prevent adverse efects, according to Mr. K. Madhava Sarma, Executive Secretary, Ozone Secretariat of the United Nations Environment Programme(UNEP).
