Pakistan Minister for Tourism G.G.Jamal said Pakistan is one of the richest countries in world with tourism potential. Speaking at PTV he said, this potential was rarely been tapped by the governments in past. He said, the present government is giving special attention to the development of this area by involving the private sector. Jamal said, the country is enrich not only in beautiful tourism resorts but has a number of historic and cultural sites. The sites of Mohanjodaro and Harrappa of Indus Valley Civilisation and Buddhists sites of Ghandhara Civilisations in NWFP and Northern Areas bear great tourism potential.
