The one Man Inquiry Commission of retired bureaucrat TL Bararuah, investigating allegations of illegal building permissions in the Green Belt Zone (GBZ0 of the city, has come down heavily on the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) for flouting existing regulations while granting building permissions.
