Kerala and Tamil Nady chief ministers met at New Delhi on Friday, only to disagree on the desired height of the Periyar reservoir-- prompting the Union water resources ministry to say it would form a committee to examine the issue after consultations with both states. Friday's meeting of the CP-led teams was convened by Union minister C P Thakur, as directed by the apex court.
