Narmada Bachao Andolan leader Medha Patkar has said the controversial 2400 MW Tehri Hydel project should not be built unless the affected people get suitably rehabilitated, Patkar, who was in Dehradun in connection with a Desh Bachao Yatra, said she would go to Tehri to show her solidarity and support with the anti-dam activists.
