Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh has said that state government would be granting 'pattas' to the poor under Rajiv Gandhi Housing Scheme(RGH). He was speaking at a function after inaugurating slum networking project at Rahul Nagar slums. Mayor Ms Vibha Patel, MLA PC Sharma and Bhopal Municipal Corporation Commissioner MB Ojha were also present on the occasion. Singh said that 'pattas' would be given to those poor who have built houses in slums but do not have possession of 'pattas'.
