The Pepsico India Holdings on Wednesday moved the Karnataka High Court questioning the notification issued by the State government banning sale of soft drinks in schools, colleges, hostels, hospitals and all government offices. Justice D V Shylendra Kumar ordered issue of notice to the State government and posted it to August 30.
