Planning Commission officials, who recently held a quarterly performance review of the state Plan schemes of Punjab, have gone back with a "poor opinion" as far as the performance of first two quarters of the current financial year is concerned. The review was held in the last week of last month by a team of officials led by Mr S.P. Arya, Principal Adviser of the Planning Commission. The commission has now made the report of the review available to the state government.
