A team of experts and officers will undertake a tour of Tumkur, Davanagere and Hassan in Karnataka to study the mite-affected coconut trees, which were treated with pesticides. According to sources in the State Horticulture Department, scientists from the University of Agricultural Sciences and officers fro the agriculture and horticulture departments would study the situation arising out of the steps taken to check the mite menace.
