Pig clone project move hits company's shares

A project to clone pigs for human organ transplants - with funding from Geron, the Californian biotechnology company - is being wound down by the Scottish scientists who created Dolly, the first cloned sheep. The funding would be "refocused" on other areas for commercial rather than safety reasons, said the Roslin Institute in Edinburgh.
