The spectre of diesel pollution is threatening to take the auto industry by its jaws, with the proposal to ban registration of new diesel cars in Delhi being mooted by the Environment Pollution (Prevention and Control) Authority (EPA).With almost 5-6 new diesel models entering the market, the industry is obviously alarmed, but environmental activists are keen to see the ban through.
