In a major policy decision, the Vasundhara Raje Government has decided to transfer more than 50 historic and heritage buildings and gardens in and around the State capital to the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) for developing them as new tourist destinations. These include the Ghat Kee Ghoony and Vidyadhar Gardens in Rajasthan which have been awaiting a facelift for several decades.
