The petition filed by Dr. W K Parab of Teleigao, complaining about the nuisance caused by the discharge of sewage into the St Inez nullah will come up before the Panjim bench of the Bombay High Court next week. The petitioner claims that due to the sewage being discharged into the nullah, a foul odour permeated throughout, which caused a public nuisance and was hazardous to health as well.
