NEW DELHI: Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL) and South Korean steel giant POSCO are likely to come out with the detailed project report for jointly setting up a 1.5-million tonne steel plant in Bokaro, Jharkhand, within a month. Talking to reporters on the sidelines of a conference here, Steel Secretary P. K. Mishra said some discussions had been carried out and the companies were in the process of preparing a detailed project report (DPR) which would establish the techno-economic feasibility of the project.
