The Karnataka government has roped in the postal personnel to further the message on the Total Sanitation Campaign in rural areas. The community's trust in the postal personnel is being explored such that the Grameen Dak Sevaks will now disseminate information on the need to overcome open defecation habits and create a clean environment.
