The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India, is organising an On-line Quiz (Prakriti Khoj - Environment Quiz). This on-line competition is being held for three categories of students ie Age 8 to 12 years, Age 13 to 15 years and Age 16 to 18 years. One first prize of Rs 50,000, two second prizes of Rs 40,000, five third prizes of Rs 25,000 and ten consolation prizes of Rs 10k will be awarded in all three categories. In addition to this all participants will receive an E-certificate of participation. The qualifying round will be continued upto October 27, 2017. This qualifying round will have 10 questions, which will be available on the screen for 5 minutes. If student clears this round then he/ she will be eligible for next round. There will be two state level rounds and three national level rounds. Schools/ colleges may encourage the students of age group 8 to 18 years to participate in this on-line quiz and send maximum nominations in each age group by preparing an excel sheet. Schools/ Colleges may contact rmnhbpl@gmail.com for the proforma of excel sheet and other related information. The duly filled excel sheet may be sent to e-mail ids: info.pkeq@nic.in or nationalgreencorps@gmail.com or rmnhbpl@gmail.com to get User ID and Password in respect of every student from Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Govt. of India enabling students to login and participate in this on-line quiz up to October 27, 2017.
