The Delhi High Court has held that while considering regularisation of unauthorised colonies, the Delhi Government and civic agencies should prevent further trespass on government land. Justice Pradeep Nandrajog passed this observation while disposing a petition filed by Sangam Vihar C-block residents who in the hope of getting regularised had sought directions from the court to stop further construction on vacant plots.
