Britain on Thursday expressed its serious concern about nuclear proliferation in the context of newspaper reports that private sales of nuclear non-proliferation and its efforts had been appreciated. However, it denied that the Foreign Office Minister Peter Hain had said that pakistan was rapidly becoming a threat to world peace.
