Khulna About 40 lakh people of 15 upazilas in Khulna, Satkhira and Jessore will face permanent water logging within two years if Kobadak and Harisree Bhadra rivers, which are about to dry up, are not excavated immediately, speakers at a seminar in Khulna warned Monday.
