govt dept: The Delhi government scheme for radio cabs has undergone a slight change after the Supreme Court order on norms for vehicles. Following the ruling, all the 5,000 cabs will have to follow the Euro I and Euro II norms,without which they would not be allowed to register after April 1, 2000. And even if currently registered, these would have to change to the set norms later.
