The Rajasthan Government has announced a Nine-Point Programme, which includes a new scheme "Shiksha Aap Ke Dwar" (Education at your doorstep), to promote elementary education in the State. The Government has also offered fresh incentives to schools, teachers, panchayat bodies and NGO's to help the State achieve its targets in literacy and elementary education.
