Delhi's long wait for water has ended. The deperately needed 125 cusecs of raw water from the Bhakhra Beas Management Board (BBMB) arrived today. And the Chief Minister, Ms. Sheila Dixit, along with her Cabinet colleagues, was there to witness the raw water trickle into the Nangloi Water Treatment Plant in West Delhi.
