It's been a year since the Delhi government promised 50 authorickshaws runing on environment-friendly propane on the Capital's roads. It's been just about two weeks since Delhi transport minister Rajendra Gupta said his government will allow commercial vehicles older than 15 years to run on city roads beyond March 31, 1998.
