An interconnected public transport system is on the anvil between Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad, integrating the Metro rail with either the Monorail or a light rail-transport system. A detailed report on such an integrated system is being prepared by the Rail India Technical and Economic Services (RITES) and may be submitted by September.
