BY MUKESH RANJAN With the Indo-US civil nuclear deal set to be clinched by the month-end, plans have been set afoot to prepare a roadmap for speedy implementation of projects augmenting nuclear energy in the country. For the purpose, ahead of his visit to the US next week, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has convened a meeting of the full Planning Commission this Saturday to discuss issues relating to energy security, which will prominently deliberate over the need for evolving policy statement on nuclear energy. Sources in the government confirmed that the Prime Minister has desired to involve the plan panel in the government
