The Karnataka State Government plans to spend over Rs 1,000 crore on rural water supply and sanitation and Rs 600 crore on watershed management, Development Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary B S Patil told this paper on Wednesday. These projects are financed by World Bank and NABARD, he added.
