Rs. 15 crore for horticulture development in six districts

Bhopal : A sum of Rs. 15 crore 57 lakh will be spent on horticulture development in six districts of Bundelkhand region in the state. A total of 6104 hectare area will be brought under horticulture activities in Sagar, Damoh, Chhatarpur, Tikamgarh, Panna and Datia districts. Beneficiary farmers’ share will also be included in protected agriculture under National Horticulture Mission. Horticulture and Food Processing Department has urged banks to cooperate in this connection.
