At the same time, construction of check dam, de-silting works will also be given importance. Taluk Panchayat EO, Assistant Executive Engineers and other implementing authorities have been directed to undertake atleast two works on priority basis. Measures will be taken to release the funds as per the demand from the Taluk EOs, said an official at Zilla Panchayat. At present, the ID cards of labourers are being verified. The process will be completed soon, he added. 33 per cent of the beneficiaries photos have been uploaded to MIS. GP secretaries have been directed to complete the process of uploading the photos of the benefiaciaries by June 11.
