An amount of Rs 4 crore has so far been deposited with the Himachal Pradesh Forest Department for taking up soil conservation, forestry and pasture development on a Rs 11 crore restoration and muck disposal plan approved by the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation on the Chamera hydroelectric project, being executed on the Ravi in Chamba district.
