Rs 53 million to be spent on forest sector

An amount of Rs 53.500 million will be utilised for four new scheme in forest sector by planting salt resistant trees, rehabilitation of drought affected coastal mangroves and conducting feasibility study of designing for construction of Shah Bunder Jetty besides generating power from wind energy in Thatta and Badin districts. (Pakistan). This was stated by the Advisor to Sindh Chief Minister on Forest and Wildlife, Syed Ejaz Shah Sherazi while talking to delegation of councillors of Union Council Gharo led by Naib Nazim Muhammad Mughal at his office.
