The mayor of Hyderabad, T Krishna Reddy, on Friday presented the Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad budget for 2002-03, which would be a ' slum budget ' focussing mainly on the development of slums. Releasing the Rs 590.26 crore budget at a press conference he said 20 per cent of the total property tax would be allocated for the development of 811 slums in the 100 divisions of the city.
