Forests Minister Ch Ayyannapatrudu has said a sum of Rs 650 crore would be spent on afforestation in the Andhra Pradesh state during the 2003-2004 financial year. He was speaking at the second day's proceedings of the debate on the draft budget proposals at the Collectorate.
