In a move to reduce congestion and accidents on Delhi's roads, rural transport vehicles (RTVs) will not be allowed to ply in the heart of the city.The transport department has decided to limit their services to outer Delhi and trans-Yamuna. According to transport officials, the underlying principle is that buses should not run parallel to the Metro Rail and on routes parallel to the bigger buses.
