Twelve families evicted from Dhubri district's Sarparmari Reserved Forests in Assam recently have re-encroached allegedly at the behest of some ruling party leaders and have forcibly settled near the boulder blasting site located at the Dudhnath Reserved Forests area against which the Forest Department took no steps to evict them.
