The Supreme Court has dismissed a contempt petition against former Himachal Pradesh Chief Secretary O.P. Yadav, former Forest Secretary C.P. Sujaya and five other senior officials of the state for alleged non-compliance of its order for demarking the land beloning to a joint family, which required felling of about 5,000 trees.
